به گزارش کاریزماپلاس به نقل از ورزش ۳، سال 1403 برای لیگ والیبال زنان ایران با درخشش و قهرمانی تیمی منسجم و ستاره‌ای به اوج رسید. مهسا صابری ارزشمندترین بازیکن این دوره از مسابقات و بازیکن سابق تیم ملی، راز این موفقیت را در انسجام تیمی و هدایت درست مدیریت می‌داند. او معتقد است که حضور بازیکنان باتجربه و حرفه‌ای در کنار هم، کلید اصلی این قهرمانی بوده است.

وی در مورد عدم تیمداری سردار در والیبال زنان گفت: هدف سردار از تیمداری این بود که تیمش به آسیا برسد. هدف بلندمدت نداشت و بیشتر به خاطر علاقه شخصی خودش این کار را کرد ولی ممکن بود اگر تیمش قهرمان می‌شد می‌توانست تیمداری او ادامه‌دار باشد؛ چون قطعا مشکل اصلی او بحث مالی نبوده است.
بزرگ‌ترین دغدغه ورزش زنان از دیدگاه این بازیکن، دیده نشدن است. او تاکید می‌کند که با وجود رعایت حجاب اسلامی، والیبال زنان باید از پخش تلویزیونی مناسب برخوردار باشد. او معتقد است که والیبال زنان پتانسیل زیادی برای محبوبیت دارد و با تبلیغات و معرفی مناسب، می‌تواند به جایگاه واقعی خود برسد.

Regarding Sardar’s lack of team ownership in women’s volleyball, she said: “Sardar’s goal in team ownership was for his team to reach Asia. He did not have a long-term goal and did this more out of personal interest, but it was possible that if his team had won the championship, his team ownership could have continued; because his main problem was certainly not financial.”
The biggest concern of women’s sports from this player’s point of view is being unseen. She emphasizes that despite observing Islamic hijab, women’s volleyball should have proper television broadcasting.
